Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. In case of a no-show without prior notice, a 100% fee will apply. Our goal is to optimize time and meet your needs. Late cancellations limit my ability to assist other patients and utilize available time slots effectively. The fees encourage your responsibility and mutual respect for schedules. I aim to provide fair care for everyone.
