Jessica Chan, Acupuncturist
Welcome to the world of Chinese medicine. A subtle dialogue between the body and the needle. A space where Qi finds harmony and the body can settle. It’s about giving meaning to this age-old practice within a modern lifestyle, cultivating balance, clarity, and well-being.

My Mission
Trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Toronto, I began my professional life in the field of marketing before changing direction at the onset of the pandemic. During this hiatus, I worked within the public health system, notably in long-term care facilities and rehabilitation centers. This deeply human and demanding experience inspired my career change and strengthened my desire to pursue a holistic, human-centered practice.
My Therapeutic Approach
Gentleness, presence, authenticity, and attentive listening are at the heart of my approach. My practice integrates the classical principles of Chinese medicine with a modern understanding of health to provide treatments tailored to today’s needs. I use acupuncture to regulate the nervous system, relieve pain, improve digestion, and support hormonal balance—all with the goal of creating a space where the body can finally settle and regain its natural harmony and self-regulation.
Commitment to Well-Being
Each treatment is designed with the individual in mind, taking into account their unique pace and needs. My practice of Tai Chi influences every session, bringing stability, focus, and presence, in order to provide an integrative approach that addresses the health of the body, emotions, and mind.
